Through our exclusive Manning Agents, Seafarers are carefully screened and only those who are fully qualified and certified are also interviewed, at a second stage, by our well experienced Office Staff. This process guarantees succeful recruitment of talented seafarers which maintain an adequate pool ready for dispatch.
Our crewing representative often visits at the point of Origin of our seafarers, giving us the benefit of checking and training the staff of the local office, as well as, meeting the seamen personally.
