Holger Navigation Corp. is a global seaborne shipping company, specializing in the worldwide carriage, trading, and related logistics of international bulk cargoes. Established on 17th February of 2021, Holger Navigation Corp. is duly incorporated and operating under the laws of Marshall Islands.
Holger Navigation Corp. currently manages a diverse fleet of 8 dry-bulk vessels and trades in all major ports worldwide and
with all major and minor bulks including but not limited to; agricultural products, sugar, minerals, fertilizers, coal, steel
products. Our vessels are fixed under time charter long and/or short period, and several t/c trips with major Charterers.
Our Chartering is a core activity of our Company’s commercial management process which in accordance with Industry Standards (BIMCO, WS) comprises but is not limited to seeking and negotiating employment for the Vessel and the conclusion of charter parties or other contracts relating to the employment of the Vessel.
Holger Navigation Corp., values their human resource ashore and on board as they are the cornerstone of our success. Our Crewing management ensure that the fleet is adequately manned with highly qualified, experienced, certificated and medically fit seafarers, always in accordance with international requirements and the high quality and safety standards of our Company.
The Technical Department is in charge of supervising the maintenance and effective operation of all hull, machinery, electrical, and automation equipment on board our vessels, keeping it up to Company standards, in order to ensure the safe and effective operation of the ships, always in accordance and compliance with International, National, and Classification standards and in accordance with Company’s policies.
Our dedicated team of experienced operators assist in Vessels’ operational and navigational aspects, involved in the day-to day operations to ensure navigational safety and efficiency. Operations Department tasks include but are not limited to; navigational matters, cargo loading/discharging/stowing, ballast and tank cleaning and inspections/ bunkering and freight collection pursuant to the governing charter parties.
A dedicated team of experienced, qualified marine superintendents oversees the managed vessels to ensure they comply with all national and international policies and regulations related to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) protection.
HSQE department ensures that all employees ashore and on board are always driven by “safety first”, by creating a safety culture on board our vessels minimizing the risk for crew on board the environment and the vessel.
